All products conform to British and EN standards.
All products manufactured by vetted sources in accordance with current legislation at time of purchase.
Dimensions are given as a guide only to assist the consumer and therefore do not constitute a legally binding contract.

C S North East Limited reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale or withdraw them completely without prior notice.
All prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 15%.

Orders

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order is placed we will send to you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from C S North East.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

Delivery

UK Mainland:

£7.95 carriage for orders below £100.00 (inc VAT)
Carriage FREE for orders over £100.00 (inc VAT)
Mainland Europe. You will be contacted with a shipping quotation.
Rest of world. You will be contacted with a shipping quotation.
Mainland Europe & Rest of world - The shipping quotations are based on maximum 10kg consignments.
We reserve the right to inform you of revised carriage charges where applicable.
Goods are available for despatch within 48 hours from receipt of order.
Goods that are out of stock may take up to 14 working days of receipt of order.
In the unlikely event of goods taking longer than the 14 working day period you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us or any third party carrier company.

Returns Policy

To return goods for any reason please call or e-mail our customer services department who will give you a returns authorisation number relating to the purpose of the return to be displayed on the parcel.
Goods without a returns authorisation no. will not be accepted.
Goods returned must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means or we can arrange collection of the goods for which carriage will be charged to the consumer.
If you return Products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you retain some proof of postage with adequete insurance in the event that the Products go missing, as Products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.
The cost of carriage C S North East have incurred for sending the goods to the consumer will also be deducted from the refund. This includes all orders that were originally sent carriage free.
Goods returned for reasons relating to a fault will be returned to the consumer at the cost of C S North East as long as they conform to the relevant criteria (see warranty).

Faulty Goods

Any damages, faults or shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt. (See returns policy).
C S North East cannot accept responsibility after this period.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the consumer's requirements.
C S North East will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees, time taken from place of employment, fuel consumption etc.

Refunds

All products carry a 7-day money back policy (see returns policy above). This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
The fixture must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with any bulbs and any other parts supplied. (See returns policy).
We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.

Warranty

All products carry a 1 year return to base warranty. (See returns policy)
In the event of a fault occurring the product will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault.
The warranty applies to electrical components only and is void if deemed that the fitting has been incorrectly fitted or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied
